Don't let last-minute
compliance issues ruin the show.
Find out if your trade show samples comply with
the Foreign Supplier Verification Program.
If you send food, beverages, or dietary supplement samples to the United States for distribution at a trade show, then your products may be subject to the Food & Drug Administration's Foreign Supplier Verification Program.
By rule, a qualified FDA FSVP Agent must be designated by your company prior to entry – to verify that all samples meet FDA FSVP requirements. United Safety Agents serves as the FSVP Importer/Agent for hundreds of exhibitors and can help ensure that your samples clear without incident.
